摘要
针对工程实际中出现的双转子动平衡检测问题,设计一种高低压双转子现场动平衡测试系统.该测试系统能对高低压双转子进行不平衡量检测.其信号采集电路主要由低功耗STM32F407微处理器和AD7606采集芯片组成.利用模拟信号对测试系统的信号采集电路进行了测试,并通过砂轮机对双转子现场动平衡测试系统进行了准确性验证.
A dual-rotor dynamic balancing test system is designed for the double rotor dynamic balance detection problem in engineering practice. The test system can perform unbalance detection on high and low pressure double rotors. The signal acquisition circuit in the test system is mainly composed of a low-power STM32F407 microprocessor and an AD7606 acquisition chip. Finally, the signal acquisition circuit is tested with an analog signal, and the system is verified by a grinding wheel.
