摘要
培养创新人才是新时代高校人才培养工作的重要方向,实验教学是学生开展创新活动的重要教学环节。实验教学过程有助于学生巩固创新知识、培养创新情感、锻炼创新意志和鼓励创新行为。高校应当从提高对实验室的新认识、创新实验室建设的新机制、拓展实验室的新功能、发挥实验室教师的新作用、创建实验室多元文化的新载体等5个方面,加强创新人才培养工作,推动实验室建设的转型升级,进而改进和提升实验教学水平,切实提高学生的创新素养。
Cultivating innovative talents is an important direction of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era,and experimental teaching is an important teaching link for students to carry out innovative activities.The experimental teaching process helps to consolidate students' innovative knowledge,cultivate their innovative emotion,exercise their innovative will and encourage their innovative behavior.Colleges and universities should strengthen the training of innovative talents and promote the transformation and upgrading of laboratory construction from the following five aspects: improving the new understanding of laboratory, innovating the new mechanism of laboratory construction,expanding the new functions of laboratory,giving full play to the new role of laboratory teachers and creating a new carrier of multi-culture of laboratory so as raise the level of experimental teaching and effectively improve students' innovative elements.
