摘要
"新工科"建设呼唤高等工程教育实验平台的改革创新。"校地企"合作共建产业学院,打破了专业学科的人才培养藩篱,构建起跨界与跨学科的"新工科"人才培养平台。通过有效整合多方资源,打造专业交叉融合式的"新工科"人才培养实验平台,构建专业群课程与教学资源的实验平台,搭建以创新创业为核心素养的实践平台,为地方高校培养未来产业和行业发展需要人才提供支撑。
The construction of "New engineering" calls for the reform and innovation of the experimental platform of higher engineering education.The co-construction of an industrial college by "University-local government-enterprise" breaks the barrier of talent cultivation in professional disciplines and builds a cross-border and cross-disciplinary platform for talent cultivation for "New engineering".Through the effective integration of multi-resources,a "New engineering" talent training experimental platform of professional cross-integration is constructed,an experimental platform of curriculum and teaching resources of professional groups is established and a practical platform with innovation and entrepreneurship as the core accomplishment is set up so as to provide the support for local colleges and universities to train talents needed for future industrial and industrial development.
