资产清查后地方高校国有资产管理探索与研究

Exploration and research on management of state-owned assets in local universities after asset inventory

分析了地方高校国有资产管理中管理制度不完善、管理人员队伍建设滞后、管理环节不透明和资产管理信息平台功能不完善这4个问题。在此基础上,提出从制度建设、管理人员队伍建设、强化管理意识和推动资产管理平台发展4个方面提升资产管理水平,提高资产使用效率,保证资产安全性与完整性,实现资产动态化、精细化管理。

Four problems in the management of state-owned assets in local universities such as the imperfect management system,lagging construction of management staff,opaque management links and imperfect function of asset management information platform are analyzed.On this basis,it is proposed to improve the level of asset management from four following aspects: system construction,management team construction, strengthening management consciousness and promoting the development of asset management platform so as to improve the efficiency of asset use,ensure the security and integrity of assets and realize dynamic and refined asset management.
