摘要
针对光敏纳米复合材料的变色特性,结合智能响应材料研究热点,采用一步溶剂热法和紫外可见吸收光谱检测技术,设计搭建了包括纳米材料制备、变色反应系统、外光场配制、气氛配制、变色效率检测等环节在内的一套综合教学实验系统。借助紫外光与可见光交替辐照进行材料的变色效应检测,使本科生对材料的智能变色效应有直观体验。通过对比反应温度、反应时间、反应物类型等工艺参数对材料智能变色效应的影响,激发学生对材料科学研究的热情,培养学生的创新思维和动手能力,推动实验课程建设和创新研究型拔尖人才的培养。
In view of the discoloration characteristics of photosensitive nanocomposites and the research hotspots of intelligent response materials,a comprehensive teaching experiment system including nanomaterials preparation,discoloration reaction system,external light field preparation,atmosphere preparation and discoloration efficiency detection is designed and constructed by using the one-step solvothermal method and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy detection technology.By means of alternating ultraviolet and visible light irradiation to detect the discoloration effect of materials,undergraduates can intuitively experience the intelligent discoloration effect of materials.By comparing the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and types of reactants on the intelligent discoloration effect of materials,students' enthusiasm for material science research is stimulated,their innovative thinking and practical ability are trained,and the construction of experimental courses and the cultivation of innovative and research-oriented top talents are promoted.
