摘要
固井作业是煤层气井施工中的一个重要环节,其质量好坏将影响到后期压裂和采气作业效果以及煤层气井寿命。为了解和掌握影响固井质量的因素,以便周密做好固井设计和施工,从而取得优良固井效果,通过多口井的基础资料及固井质量,运用统计的方法,分析井径扩大、井斜、钻井液性能等因素对固井质量的影响规律。结果表明:井径变化、井斜和井壁暴露时间对煤层气井固井效果影响最大,封固段长度、套管居中情况、钻井液性能等因素影响次之。
The cementing operation is an important link in CBM well construction. Cementing quality will impact later stage fracturing, gas production operation results and well service life. To comprehend and grasp factors impacting cementing quality, so that to design and operate cementing attentively and satisfactorily, thus obtain excellent cementing result. On the basis of multi-well basic data and cementing quality, through statistical method has analyzed cementing quality impacting factors of well reaming, deviation, and drilling fluid performance etc. The result has shown that the well diameter, deviation and side wall exposure time have largest impact on cementing result, while cementing sector length, casing centralization and drilling fluid performance etc. the second.
