摘要
针对现有测量方法无法准确反映外圈三瓣波形滚道圆柱滚子轴承真实径向游隙的情况,通过分析外圈三瓣波形滚道的结构特点,结合径向游隙测量原理进行研究,最终利用三瓣波形低点半径尺寸的测量获取三瓣波形滚道轴承的径向游隙。实际测量结果表明,该测量方法一致性较好,可为同型结构轴承径向游隙的测量提供技术参考。
The existing measuring method is unable to reflect actual radial clearance of cylindrical roller bearing with trilobe outer raceway accurately. By analyzing structural characteristics of trilobe outer raceway and combining measuring principle for radial clearance, the radial clearance of the bearing with trilobe raceway is obtained by measuring radius size at low point of trilobe shape. The actual measuring results show that the measuring method has good consistency, which provides a technical reference for measurement of radial clearance of the bearing with same structure.
