基于微信群的自我管理教育对初发中青年2型糖尿病患者心理痛苦的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨基于微信群的自我管理教育对初发中青年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及心理痛苦的影响。方法:选择76例初发中青年糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,于出院后采取为期3个月的基于微信群的自我管理教育。分别在干预前、干预后3个月评估患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白和心理痛苦指标。结果:干预3个月后,观察组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、心理痛苦均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展基于微信群的自我管理教育可以改善初发2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制和心理痛苦水平。 Objective:To explore the effects of WeChat-based self-management education on blood glucose control and diabetes distress of young and middle-aged patients with newly diagnosed type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Methods: 76 cases were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received three months of WeChat- based self-management education.Blood glucose control, glycosylated hemoglobin and diabetes distress were compared between the two groups.Results: After 3 months, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and diabetes distress were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Self-management education based on WeChat group can improve the blood glucose control and psychological distress level of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
