基于龙格-库塔法的天然气管道泄漏检测与定位 被引量:8

Gas pipeline leakage detection and location based on Runge-Kutta method

摘要 为了研究天然气管道的泄漏定位技术,结合龙格-库塔法,建立天然气管道的数学模型。利用该模型,基于试验仿真系统模拟天然气管道泄漏,并计算得到泄漏点位置;将定位结果与传统次声波检测定位结果进行对比,验证基于龙格-库塔法的管道泄漏检测技术的定位精度。仿真试验表明:采用龙格-库塔法的泄漏检测定位技术能快速、简单地检测管道中的泄漏,当流量为210~400 L/min时,定位精度可由次声波检测的3~10 m减小到0.5~4 m。该泄漏检测技术相比传统的次声波检测更加先进,提高了检测定位的精度,未来可以对该技术加以改进,并进行推广。 In order to study the leakage location technique for gas pipelines, a mathematical model of gas pipeline was established based on Runge-Kutta method. By virtue of this model, the leakage of gas pipeline was experimentally simulated based on the test system and the positions of leaking points were computed. Then, the location data was compared with the traditional infrasonic location data to verify the accuracy of the pipeline leakage detection and location technology based on Runge-Kutta method. The simulation tests show that by using the leakage detection and location technique based on RungeKutta method, the pipeline leakage can be detected quickly and simply, and its location accuracy can be improved from the 3-10 m of infrasonic detection to 0.5-4 m at the flow rate of 210-400 L/min. In conclusion, the pipeline leakage detection technique based on Runge-Kutta method is more advanced than the traditional infrasonic detection technique, and its detection and location accuracy is improved. In the future, this technique shall be improved and popularized.
