胸苷激酶1在肺癌及慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的表达情况分析 被引量:10

The expression of thymidine kinase 1 in patients with lung cancer and patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的初步了解肺癌患者与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)急性加重期患者血清中胸苷激酶1(TK1)的表达情况,分析TK1水平与性别、年龄、吸烟的关系。方法回顾性收集2017年1月至2018年4月入住我科并进行过TK1检测的肺癌患者52例及慢阻肺急性加重期患者64例。血清TK1水平采用免疫印迹增强化学发光法检测。收集血清TK1水平和相关病历资料进行比较分析。结果 TK1表达水平与研究对象性别、年龄、吸烟与否无关(P>0.05)。肺癌患者中TK1呈阳性表达(TK1水平>2 pmol/L)者共计14例,TK1表达阳性率为26.9%;慢阻肺急性加重组中TK1呈阳性表达者共计23例,TK1表达阳性率为35.9%。TK1表达水平在慢阻肺急性加重组中升高较肺癌组明显,但两组间差异无统计学意义(U=1 482,P=0.314)。结论 TK1表达水平不受患者的性别、年龄、吸烟的影响。慢阻肺急性加重期患者体内细胞异常增殖情况可能强于肺癌患者,但需要进一步论证。 Objective To preliminarily investigate the expression of thymidine kinase 1(TK1) in serum of patients with lung cancer and patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and analyze the relationship of TK1 level with gender, age and smoking. Methods Fifty-two patients with lung cancer and 64 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, who admitted in this hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 and underwent serum TK1 measurement, were retrospectively collected and analyzed. The serum level of TK1 in the patients was detected with immunoblot-enhanced chemiluminescence method. Results The TK1 expression level had no relationship with gender, age or smoking(P>0.05). A total of 14 patients were tested positive for TK1(TK1 level>2 pmol/L) in the lung cancer patients and the positive expression rate was 26.9%;a total of 23 patients were tested positive for TK1 in the COPD patients and the positive expression rate was 35.9%. The TK1 expression level had a more obvious increase in the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD than that in the patients with lung cancer, but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(U=1 482, P=0.314). Conclusions The TK1 expression level is not affected by patient’s gender, age or smoking. The TK1 expression level in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD is higher than that in patients with lung cancer. Abnormal cell proliferation in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD may be stronger than that in patients with lung cancer, but further studies are needed.
