摘要
活性维生素D可用于治疗多种疾病和调节人与动物机体的重要生理活动,应用前景广泛。本文概述了已上市的9种活性维生素D类药物的药理活性及合成方法,并总结了这些合成方法的优缺点,为该系列药物的工业化生产提供一定的参考依据。
Active vitamin D can be used to treat disease and regulate physiological activities of human and animals, which have wide application prospects. This review briefly introduced the biological activity and synthetic methods of nine commercially available active vitamin D drugs. It summarized synthetic advantages or disadvantages of different methods, providing certain guidance for the industrial production of vitamin D in the future.
