摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-波长切换法测定养心定悸制剂中的人参皂苷Rg1(1)、人参皂苷Re(2)、人参皂苷Rb1(3)、肉桂酸(4)和桂皮醛(5)5种主要成分。采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为205 nm(1、2、3)和285 nm(4、5),柱温30℃,进样量10μl。结果1~5分别在2.01~201.0、0.59~59.0、0.15~15.0、0.21~21.0和1.06~106.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.17%~98.32%,RSD为2.61%~2.92%。
An HPLC combined with wavelength switching method was established for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 (1), ginsenoside Re (2), ginsenoside Rb1 (3), cinnamic acid (4) and cinnamaldehyde (5) in YangXinDingJi preparations. The Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid by gradient elution. The detection wavelength were 205 nm (for 1, 2 and 3) and 285 nm (for 4 and 5). The linear ranges for the above five components were 2.01-201.0, 0.59-59.0, 0.15-15.0, 0.21-21.0 and 1.06- 106.0 μg/ml, respectively. Their average recoveries were 97.17%-98.32%, with RSDs of 2.61%-2.92%.
