Objective: To study the effect of different flap reconstructive surgery in the treatment of patients with hand wound soft tissue defect. Methods: A sample of 48 patients with hand wound soft tissue defect treated in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random table method. Patients in the control group were treated with thoracic and abdominal pedicle valve repair program, the observation group were treated with perforator flap repair program, compared the total treatment efficiency, the incidence of complications after treatment and other indicators of two groups of patients. Results: Clinical treatment data were analyzed in both groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 58.3%. The treatment effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). The clinical treatment data of the two groups of patients were analyzed. The incidence of complications was 8.3% in the observation group and 41.7% in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of perforator flap repair in the treatment of patients with hand-wound soft tissue defect can effectively improve the incidence of complications and other indicators, improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
