中药封包联合红外线照射和穴位注射对治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Package Combined with Infrared Radiation and Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction

目的:研究中药封包联合红外线照射、穴位注射对不完全性肠梗阻的效果。方法:选择某院2013年3月~2018年3月收治的100例不完全性肠梗阻患者,根据入院先后顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用中药封包进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合红外线、穴位注射进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效与肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气排便时间情况。结果:研究组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气排便时间均显著短于对照组,研究组和对照组治疗效率分别为94.00%、72.00%,研究组明显较高,差异对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对不完全性肠梗阻患者中药封包联合红外线照射和穴位注射,患者肠鸣音恢复与肛门排气排便时间明显改善,有效改善临床治疗效果。

Objective: To study the effect of Chinese medicine package combined with infrared radiation and acupoint injection in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods: 100 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction admitted to a hospital from March 2013 to March 2018 were selected and divided into research group and control group with 50 cases in each according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine package, and the study group was treated with infrared radiation and acupoint injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and bowel sounds recovery time and the time of anal exhaust and defecation were compared between the two groups. Results: The recovery time of the study group and the time of anus exhaust defecation were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The treatment efficiency of the study group and the control group was 94% and 72% respectively, and the study group was significantly higher, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: By combining traditional Chinese medicine package with infrared ray irradiation and acupoint injection in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction, the recovery of intestinal rumbling and the time of anal exhaust and defecation were significantly improved, and the clinical treatment effect was effectively improved.
