小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Deproteinized Albumin Extract of Calf Bloodin the Treatment with Moderate and Severe Dry Eye

目的:观察中重度干眼患者采用小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集在湛江市两家三级医院眼科治疗的中重度干眼患者共80例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组采用小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗,两组患者共治疗1个月。治疗后观察临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后的视力改善情况。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组治疗的总有效率为85.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前视力检测对比无差异,治疗后视力出现改善,而观察组改善程度较对照组明显(P<0.05),差异对比具有统计学意义。结论:采用小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼患者的临床疗效较高,能有效地改善患者的视力。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of deproteinized albumin extract of calf blood in patients with moderate and severe dry eye. Methods: A total of 80 patients with moderate to severe dry eye treated with ophthalmologic therapy in two tertiary hospitals in Zhanjiang were collected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The observation group was treated with deproteinized eye drops of calf blood. After treatment, the clinical curative effect was observed and visual acuity improvement was observed. Results: The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in visual acuity between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, after treatment, the visual acuity improved. The degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of calf blood deproteinized eye drops for the treatment of patients with moderate to severe dry eye has a higher clinical efficacy, it can effectively improve the patient’s vision.
