银杏达莫注射液联合坎地沙坦酯对早期糖尿病肾病患者血小板功能及肾功能的影响

Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection Combined with Candesartan on Cilexetil Platelet Function and Renal Function in Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨给予早期糖尿病肾病患者银杏达莫注射液与坎地沙坦酯联用后血小板功能及肾功能变化。方法:将62例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为常规组(31例,常规治疗+坎地沙坦酯)与联合组(31例,常规治疗+坎地沙坦酯+银杏达莫注射液),对比治疗前后血小板功能、肾功能指标、总有效率。结果:治疗后两组血颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿微量白蛋白(U-Alb)水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组血小板功能及肾功能指标均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用银杏达莫注射液联合坎地沙坦酯治疗能够显著改善血小板及肾功能,还可增强疗效。

Objective: To explore the changes of platelet function and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy after giving ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with candesartan cilexetil. Methods: 62 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into routine group(31 cases, routine therapy+candesartan cilexetil) and combination group(31 cases, routine therapy+candesartan cilexetil+ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection). The platelet function, renal function before and after treatment and total effective rates were compared. Results: The levels of granular membrane protein-140(GMP-140), thromboxane B2(TXB2), serum creatinine(Scr) and 24 h urine microalbumin(U-Alb) in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the platelet function and renal function indexes in the combination group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with candesartan cilexetil in patients with early diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the platelet function and renal function, which can also enhance effect.
