二甲双胍对合并2型糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Efficacy of Metformin in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探究2型糖尿病合并慢性心衰患者采取二甲双胍治疗的临床疗效。方法:择取2017年3月~2018年5月期间在某院接受治疗的2型糖尿病合并慢性心衰患者共60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者基于常规疗法采取二甲双胍治疗,对两组患者治疗后血糖水平及心功能改善情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者血糖水平显著低于对照组,且心功能指标中心率及LVEF改善效果显著优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而心功能指标中LVDD两组患者数据无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并慢性心衰患者采取二甲双胍治疗效果显著,该种疗法值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods: A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure who received treatment in a hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with metformin based on conventional therapy. The blood glucose level and the improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results: The blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the heart rate and LVEF improvement effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between LVDD and LVDD( P>0.05).Conclusion: Metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure, and it is worth of popularizing in clinic.
