急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Emergency Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Severe Heart Failure

目的:探讨急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床研究。方法:择取2015年3月~2019年1月期间某院收治的60例老年重症心力衰竭患者,随机分成对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组行常规对症治疗,观察组行厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效、死亡率及治疗前后心脏功能改善效果。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);开展治疗前观察组、对照组心功能指标差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF水平相比对照组更高,BNP相比对照组更低,差异经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭临床疗效理想,可有效改善患者心脏功能,对其康复具有积极意义,因此值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical study of emergency medicine in the treatment of senile severe heart failure. Methods: 60 elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group received routine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol. The clinical efficacy, mortality and improvement of cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the mortality was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The BNP of the group was lower than that of the control group, and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of emergency medicine in the treatment of senile severe heart failure is ideal, which can effectively improve the heart function of patients and has positive significance for their rehabilitation. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
