结直肠癌化疗患者采用补中益气汤加减治疗对其便秘症状的改善效果分析

Improvement Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Constipation Symptoms in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:探讨结直肠癌化疗患者采用补中益气汤加减治疗的疗效。方法:随机将2013年1月~2017年收治的86例结直肠癌化疗患者分为两组,A组采用常规西药治疗,B组采用补中益气汤加减治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前的便秘症状指标无明显差异(P>0.05);B组治疗后的便秘症状指标变化程度比A组更明显,且其治疗总有效率明显高于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌化疗患者采用补中益气汤加减法治疗,能有效改善患者的便秘症状,且治疗安全有效,适用于临床推广。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy. Methods: 86 cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted from January 2013 to 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with conventional western medicine. Group B was treated by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the symptoms of constipation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The changes of constipation symptoms in group B were more obvious than those in group A, and the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of group A, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of patients, and the treatment is safe and effective, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
