腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者应用围术期护理的效果及对护理满意度的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy and its Influence on Nursing Satisfaction

目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者应用围术期护理的效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2018年12月某院腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者64例,随机数字法分为对照组(常规护理,32例)和观察组(围手术期护理,32例),比较两组患者围手术期指标(手术时间,术中出血量、首次排便时间及住院时间)、术后并发症(术后出血、疼痛、腹胀、皮下气肿、发热等)情况及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者围手术期指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P>0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期护理能促进腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者胃肠功能恢复,并缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods: 64 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing, 32 cases) and observation group(perioperative nursing, 32 cases), and accepted nursing until discharge. The perioperative indicators(operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, first defecation time and hospital stay), postoperative complications(bleeding, pain, abdominal distension, subcutaneous emphysema, fever, etc.) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing intervention, the perioperative indicators of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.
