手术与药物联合在乳腺增生结节治疗中的应用价值体会

Application Value of Combined Operation and Medicine in the Treatment of Mammary Hyperplasia Nodules

目的:分析总结手术与药物联合在乳腺增生结节治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年5月某院收治的82例乳腺增生结节患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,41例为联合治疗组(手术与药物联合治疗),41例为单一治疗组(手术治疗),分析不同治疗方法对乳腺增生结节患者应用后的效果。结果:联合治疗组治疗总有效率97.6%较单一治疗组80.5%明显升高(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗后孕酮较单一治疗组明显升高,雌二醇较单一治疗组明显降低(P<0.05);联合治疗组用药期间不良反应发生率为2.4%,联合治疗组术后1年复发率2.4%较单一治疗组19.5%明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺增生患者采用手术和药物联合治疗可达到良好的远期及近期疗效,且用药安全性高。

Objective: To analyze and summarize the value of combined operation and medicine in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia nodules. Methods: 82 cases of patients with mammary hyperplasia nodules admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into groups according to random number table method,41 cases were in the combined treatment group(surgery and drug treatment), 41 cases were in the single treatment group(surgery treatment), and the effect of different treatment methods on patients with breast hyperplasia nodules was analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 97.6%,higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).Progesterone was significantly higher in the combined treatment group than in the single treatment group,and estradiol was significantly lower in the combined treatment group than in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of surgery and medicine in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia can achieve good long-term and short-term curative effect,and the drug safety is high.
