摘要 目的:探讨人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的应用效果。方法:在医院2015年12月~2017年10月期间收治的急诊患者中选取102例作研究对象,并依据护理方案不同进行分组,对照组(n=51)应用常规护理模式,研究组(n=51)应用人性化护理,就两组患者就诊至治疗时间以及护理满意度进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患者就诊治疗时间是(6.61±1.76)h,短于对照组的(8.93±2.03)h(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度是100.00%,高于对照组的90.20%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在急诊患者护理中的应用效果确切,可提升患者满意度,并有利于其快速接受治疗,避免不必要的时间浪费,值得借鉴。 Objective: To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in emergency patient care. Methods: 102 cases of emergency patients admitted and treated in the hospital from December 2015 to October 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups on the basis of different nursing plan: control group(n=51) was treated with routine nursing mode, research group(n=51) was treated with humanized nursing mode. Statistical analysis was carried out on the treatment time and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups. Results:The treatment time of the patients in the study group was(6.61±1.76) h, shorter than the control group with(8.93±2.03) h(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 100.00%, higher than 90.20% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing in emergency department patients nursing effect is exact, it can improve patient satisfaction, and is conducive to the rapid treatment, avoid unnecessary waste of time, is worth using for reference.
