Exploration of Enterprise Practice Reform of Graduate Students with Professional Degree

通过对专业学位研究生企业实践所遇到的现实问题进行分析,设计解决方案并实施教学改革,讨论了改革后的企业实践所具备的优势。改革的核心内容是以实践企业的岗位为中心,灵活安排研究生的企业实践时间,达到保证培养质量、多方共赢的目的。这样的改革在国内尚未见报道,期望可以为我国的专业学位研究生教育改革提供借鉴。

Through the analysis of the practical problems encountered in the enterprise practice of professional degree graduates,this paper designs solutions,implements teaching reforms and discusses the advantages of reformed enterprise practices.The core content of the reform is to focus on the positions of the practical enterprises, and arrange the enterprise practice time of post-graduates flexibly and to achieve the goal of ensuring the quality of training and all-win results.Such reform has not been reported in China,and we hope to provide reference for the reform of professional degree graduate education in China.
