保温装饰一体板性能研究及应用探讨

Properties Research and Application of Thermal Insulation Decorative Integrated Board

本文研究了五种新型保温装饰一体板类型和规格,并对其所采用的五种保温材料性能参数进行了对比分析。结果显示:镀铝锌钢板和铝板相较另外三种板具有更薄的面层厚度。无机树脂板、镀铝锌钢板和铝板的长度型号相较超薄石材板和超薄陶板选择更多且更长。所用保温材料防火性能好,燃烧等级高;保温性能强,格外适用于低温及寒冷地区;综合强度高且绿色环保;经济性好,施工方便,且可缩短工期,减少能耗。

In this paper,the types and specifications of five new thermal insulation decorative integrated board are studied,and the performance parameters of the five thermal insulation materials are compared and analyzed. The results show that the surface layer thickness of aluminum-coated galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate is thinner than that of the other three sheets. The length models of inorganic resin plate,aluminum-coated galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate are more selective and longer than those of ultra-thin stone plate and ultra-thin ceramics plate. The thermal insulation materials have good fireproof performance and high burning grade,strong thermal insulation performance,which are especially suitable for low temperature and cold areas. At the same time,they have high comprehensive strength,green environment protection,good economy,convenient construction,and can shorten the construction period and reduce energy consumption.
