弯曲棒直径对卷材低温应用性能试验影响分析

摘要 文中通过对不同直径下PVC、TPO、SBS改性沥青、APP改性沥青、FS2高分子树脂、自粘聚合物卷材六类的19个样品开展低温应用弯曲性能试验,通过试验表明,弯曲棒直径对于不同卷材的低温弯曲性能检测值影响结果不同,其中弯曲棒直径对PVC、SBS改性沥青卷材、APP改性沥青卷材及自粘聚合物改性沥青卷材的低温弯曲性能会产生较大影响,不同种类卷材在低温下的应用性能好坏情况不可以仅通过对比此材料标准规定的性能指标来比较。 In this paper,by adjusting the diameter of the PVC and TPO,SBS modified asphalt,APP modified asphalt,FS2 polymer resin,adhesive polymer coil six types of 9 samples for low temperature applications bending performance test,through the test shows that bending bar to the low-temperature bending properties of different coil diameter values influence the results,the bending bar diameter of PVC,SBS modified asphalt coiled material,APP modified asphalt coiled material and adhesive low-temperature bending properties of polymer modified asphalt coiled material will produce great influence,The application performance of different kinds of coil at low temperature cannot be compared only by comparing the performance index specified in this material standard.
