摘要
针对某平面不规则、竖向不规则及竖向构件不连续等超限高层建筑,详细介绍了超限高层的设计思路。对这种结构进行了弹性和静力弹塑性分析对比,并根据分析结果针对结构中的薄弱部位采取适当的加强措施。针对该项目中最大跨度的楼板进行楼面舒适度分析。分析结果表明,结构各主要参数指标均能满足规范要求,设计方案可行。
In view of some out-of-limit high-rise buildings,such as irregular plane,irregular vertical and discontinuous vertical members,the design idea of out-of-limit high-rise buildings is introduced in detail. This kind of structure is compared by elastic and static elastoplastic analysis,and according to the analysis results,appropriate strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts in the structure. The floor comfort level of the floor with the largest span in the project was analyzed. The analysis results show that the main parameters of the structure can meet the requirements of the code,and the design scheme is feasible.
