摘要
本文对目标成本管理在水利工程项目应用存在的问题进行分析,为加强目标成本的管理提出一些管理策略,为水利工程项目的开展提供指导。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of target cost management in water conservancy projects,proposes some management strategies for strengthening the management of target cost,and provides guidance for the development of water conservancy projects.
