摘要
通过分析市政工程施工现场管理的难点,并从完善施工管理控制机制、强化各方协调监督、强化质量管理、编制科学的施工计划、强化人员管理五方面对市政工程施工现场管理的改进措施。
By analyzing the difficulties of municipal engineering construction site management,the improvement measures of municipal engineering construction site management are put forward from five aspects: perfecting construction management control mechanism,strengthening coordination and supervision of all parties,strengthening quality management,drawing up scientific construction plan and strengthening personnel management.
