专业化视域下高校行政人员应具备的职业素养

On the Professional Qualities of College Administrators from the Perspective of Professionalization

教学、科研、行政管理是保证高校稳定发展的三大要素,其中教学和科研是主体,行政服务是核心。由此对于如何提升自己的职业素养,并更好的完成行政服务工作,将成为每一个高校行政人员在高等教育事业发展进程中必须要思考的问题。笔者认为高校行政人员具备符合专业化标准的职业素养,是顺利开展各项工作的前提和基础,是全面推进学校有序、和谐发展的根本保障。本文以行政人员专业化为视角,从坚定的政治立场、崇高的敬业精神、扎实的行政能力、与时俱进的信息素养四个方面对高校行政人员应具备的职业素养进行探析。

Teaching,scientific research and administrative management are the three key elements to ensure the stable development of colleges and universities,in which teaching and scientific research are the main body and administrative service is the core. Therefore,how to improve their professional quality and better complete the administrative service work will become a problem that every college administrator must think about in the development process of higher education. The author believes that the professional accomplishment of university administrators is the prerequisite and basis for carrying out all kinds of work smoothly and the fundamental guarantee for promoting the orderly and harmonious development of the school in an all-round way. From the perspective of professionalization of administrative staff,this paper probes into the professional qualities that university administrative staff should possess from four aspects: firm political stand,lofty professionalism,solid administrative ability and information literacy keeping pace with the times.
