摘要
针对工程应用型创新人才培养过程中存在的工程实践能力和职业素质发展不协调、理论教学与实践教学脱节、教学科研脱节、创新能力与社会需求脱节等问题,构建科教融合、项目驱动的工程应用型创新人才培养模式,促进创新人才的培养。
In view of the problems existing in the training process of Engineering application-oriented innovative talents,such as the uncoordinated development of engineering practice ability and professional quality,the disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the disconnection between teaching and scientific research,and the disconnection between innovation ability and social demand,a project-driven training mode of Engineering application-oriented innovative talents is constructed to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
