大学生学习惰性影响因素的调查及其克服的研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of College Students’ Learning Inertia and Their Overcoming

本文的研究对象是大学生的学习惰性,首先创新地将学习惰性进行了分类,归纳出了不同惰性程度下的一般表现;其次,通过对307名大学生的问卷调查,得出了相比于高校管理水平、互联网冲击这类外部因素,源于自身的内部因素包括目标定位、学习习惯等对学习惰性的影响显著的结论,发现了挑战型学习惰性这一新问题;最后,从内部、外部因素这两点,提出了克服惰性的建议。

The research object of this paper is the learning inertia of college students. Firstly,the learning inertia is classified in an innovative way,and the general performance under different degrees of inertia is summarized. Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of 307 college students,their internal factors including target positioning and learning habits compared with the external factors such as management level of colleges and Internet shock stem have significant influence on learning inertia,discovering the new problem of challenge-based learning inertia. Finally,two points from internal and external factors raise the suggestions to overcome inertia.
