推进高职院校贫困生志愿者服务制度化建设的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Institutional Construction of Volunteer Service for Poor Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

推进高职院校贫困生志愿者服务制度化建设,不仅能丰富学生的业余文化生活、提高他们的专业技能,而且可以实现社会实践与思想品德和价值观教育的有效结合,促使他们在志愿者服务活动中求证并实现自我人生价值。本文在对高职院校贫困生志愿者服务进行研究总结的基础上,针对高职院校贫困生志愿者服务制度化建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了推进高职院校贫困生志愿者制度化建设的对策,希望能够对高职院校贫困生服务制度化建设提供切实可行的建议。

Promoting the institutionalized construction of volunteer service for impoverished students in higher vocational colleges can not only enrich their amateur cultural life and improve their professional skills,but also realize the effective combination of social practice,ideological and moral education and value education,and urge them to seek and realize their own life value in volunteer service activities. Based on the research and summary of poor students' volunteer service in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the problems existing in the process of institutionalized construction of poor students' volunteer service in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the institutionalized construction of poor students' volunteer service in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide practical suggestions for the institutionalized construction of poor students' service in higher vocational colleges.
