高校实训室建设现状与管理模式分析

在科学技术不断发展的新时代,越来越多的高校实训室开始对外开放,不仅实训室里面的研究人员可以自由出入,还有学校的学生们也可以在课上和课余的时间出入实训室,开展各种各样的实训。在这种背景下不仅使得高校实训室的建设和管理面临更多的发展机遇,也遇到了前所未有的挑战,因此优化实训室的管理体制和深化发展实训室的教学模式是现代教育改革的重中之重。就现在来说,一些高校虽然有很多大型的教学仪器供学生使用,但是在使用的过程中,对设备的不熟悉及操作的不规范性可能导致设备异常,这就需要学校加强实训室的管理建设,并做到把实训试验作为提高高校教学质量的一种手段,发展特色高校教学。

In the new era of the continuous development of science and technology,more and more college training rooms begin to open to the outside world. Not only the researchers in the training rooms can enter and leave freely,but also the students can enter and leave the training rooms in class and after-school time to carry out various training. Under this background,the construction and management of training rooms in colleges and universities are not only facing more opportunities for development, but also unprecedented challenges. Therefore,optimizing the management system of training rooms and deepening the development of the teaching mode of training rooms are the top priorities of modern educational reform. For now,although some universities have many large teaching instruments for students to use,in the process of using,the unfamiliarity with the equipment and the irregularity of operation may lead to the abnormal equipment,which requires the school to strengthen the management and construction of the training room,and make the training experiment as one of the ways to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities. All kinds of means should be used to develop characteristic college teaching.
