高职院校大学生工匠精神培养现状的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Craftsman Spirit Training of College Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

“工匠精神”,一个充满传统色彩而又充满时代需要的词汇。“工匠精神”以其特殊的内涵深刻影响着高职院校的人才培养方向。鉴于此,笔者以本校为例,对高职生工匠精神的培养现状进行了调研,分析了高职院校工匠精神培育中存在问题的原因,以期有的放矢地对培育高职学生的“工匠精神”提出建议。

"Craftsman Spirit" is a vocabulary full of traditional color and needs of the times."Craftsman Spirit" has a profound impact on the direction of personnel training in higher vocational colleges with its special connotation. In view of this,the author takes our school as an example,investigates the present situation of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational students, and analyses the causes of the problems in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational colleges,with a view to putting forward some suggestions on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational students.
