摘要
高校的教学质量建设是一个庞大而复杂的系统工程,而教学质量评价是衡量一个学校办学实力的最重要的指标.相对于公办院校而言,民办本科院校有其自身特点.本文从民办本科院校的自身实际出发,从教育者、学习者、教育影响三个视角,论述了民办本科院校教学质量保障体系的构建与运行,提出了加强教学质量的几点措施,为提高民办本科院校的人才质量提供一些参考.
Construction of teaching quality in colleges and universitiesislarge and complex system engineering, and the evaluation of teaching quality is the most important indicator to measure the strength of a school. Compared with public institutions, private undergraduate colleges have their own characteristics. It starts from the self-employment of private undergraduate colleges, and it discussesthe construction and operation of the teaching quality guarantee system of private undergraduate colleges from the perspectives of educators, learners and education, and some measures to strengthen the quality of teaching are put forward. It provides some references for improving the quality of talents in private undergraduate colleges.
