旅游个性化趋势与旅游市场需求的变化倒逼旅游行业诸多职业悄然渐变,旅游策划师、体验师、定制师等应运而生.构建产教融合校企合作的动力机制,以高效运行的组织机构推动产业链与教育链的融合机制,探索"引进来,走出去"的双向互动等机制,既能孵化适应旅游行业需求的新职业,又能推动良性育人用人环境的形成.
The trend of tourism individualization and the change of tourism market demand force many professions in tourism industry to change quietly, and tourism planners, experientialists and customizers emerge as the times require. Constructing the dynamic mechanism of integration of industry and education with school-enterprise cooperation, promoting the integration mechanism of industry chain and education chain by efficient operating organizations, and exploring the two-way interaction mechanism of "introducing, going out", can not only incubate new professions adapted to the needs of tourism industry, but also promote the formation of a benign environment for educating and employing people.
