Ethnic instructors in university, as the mainstay in ideological and political level of college students, who are the guide for the healthy growth of ethnic minority students. They shoulder the political mission of the party central committee's strategy of governing Xinjiang province as well as the mission of cultivating politically reliable high-quality successors to socialism. They play a unique role in ideological and political education and home-school education in the educational management and service of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities.
