高校二级学院党委的政治功能是党的政治建设的重要组成部分.然而,其政治功能的发挥在实践中面临着对政治功能的认识不足,政治功能与其他功能关系不清,党建工作体系不完善等问题.还需要进一步加强认识,提高理论研究;发挥整体功能;完善党建工作体系.

The political function of Party committees in secondary colleges and universities is an important part of the Party's political construction. However, in practice, the exertion of its political function is confronted with such problems as insufficient understanding of political function, unclear relationship between political function and other functions, and imperfect system of Party building. We also need to further strengthen understanding, improve theoretical research, give full play to the overall function, and improve the working system of Party building.
