装煤筒仓处绝缘子闪络的原因及应对办法

摘要 近年来,煤炭行业为加快运送速度,许多煤矿都采用不停车连续装煤设备。装煤筒仓下方用不落弓装置作为电力机车的取流和过渡设备,但其本身结构特性,决定了其容易受水蒸气、煤尘、防冻液等因素的影响,从而形成闪络。为了解决此类问题,同煤集团塔山铁路分公司供电段对筒仓不落弓装置进行改造,通过增加双连绝缘子和对钢性接触线部分的绝缘改造,提高了筒仓处绝缘部件的绝缘强度,减少了因绝缘闪络造成的跳闸。 In recent years,in the coal industry to speed up the transportation speed,many coal mines adopt non-stop continuous coal loading equipment. Under the coal-loading silo,the non-drop-down device is used as the current-taking and transition equipment of the electric locomotive,but its own structural characteristics decide that it is easy to be affected by the factors such as water vapor,coal dust,and anti-freezing solution,so as to form a flashover. In order to solve such problems,the power supply section of the Tashan Railway Branch of the same coal group is used for the transformation of the silo non-falling device,and the insulation strength of the insulating part at the silo is improved by adding the double-connecting insulator and the insulation modification to the steel-type contact wire part,and the trip caused by the insulation flashover is reduced.
