结合天津忠旺铝业铁路专用线总承包项目实际管理工作经历,对工程总承包管理工作从安全、质量、进度等多个方面进行了总结论述,并对现场管理工作提出了一些建议,对工程总承包现场管理具有一定的参考意义。

Based on the actual management experience of the general contracting project of Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminum Industry Railway Special Line,this paper summarizes and discusses the general contracting management of the project from the aspects of safety,quality and progress,and puts forward its own suggestions for the field management,which has certain reference significance for the field management of the general contracting of the project.
