摘要
介绍了精密轨道工程QU-100A大截面轨道焊接的实践方法,针对滑轨的高平顺性要求,从钢轨的进场验收、焊接原理、工艺流程、缺陷处理等方面的论述和实践运用,说明了小型气压焊接QU-100A大截面钢轨是可行的,该工程多次试验取得的参数,对大截面钢轨的焊接技术有一定的参考意义。
Introduces the practice method of QU-100 A large-section orbital welding for precision orbital engineering,it addresses the requirements of high-levelness of the rails,from the field acceptance of the rails,welding principle,etc.. It is proved that the small-pressure welding QU-100 A large-section rail is feasible. The paraments of this project have certain reference significance for the welding technology of large-secting rail.
