某装配式还建项目的单体装配率要求不低于55%,外墙作为竖向构件的重要部分,是装配率得分的关键项,为维持原立面效果,建设方要求将外墙线条予以保留。对该项目建筑立面线条的处理提出了4种方案,经综合比选,采用正打工艺生产的墙板,线条的质量及耐久性均能得到较好保障,并且模具只需微调,生产成本可控。
