摘要
长青桥新桥为大跨度连续钢箱梁结构,最大跨近150 m。钢结构架设方案为钢管组成的支架,支架间距12 m^15 m。由于钢箱梁是大跨度连续钢箱梁结构,拆除一组支架会对其他支架的反力有影响,支架的反力会随着落架过程变化。在设计支架的过程中,不仅要考虑架设钢梁的上部重量,还要考虑落架过程中的支架反力,以保证支架的受力合理,安全。
The new Changqing Bridge is a long-span continuous steel box girder structure with a maximum span of nearly 150 m. The erection scheme of steel structure is a steel pipe bracket with a spacing of 12 m to 15 m. Because the steel box girder is a long-span continuous steel box girder structure,the removal of a group of brackets will have an impact on the reaction of other brackets,and the reaction of brackets will change with the landing process. In the process of designing the support,not only the upper weight of erecting the steel beam,but also the support reaction in the process of landing should be considered to ensure the reasonable and safe force of the support.
