摘要
吊耳对塔设备在现场的安全吊装至关重要。以一台薄壁塔式容器的吊耳为例,利用WRC 107和有限元分析两种方法对吊耳处筒体在吊装时水平和竖直状态下的受力情况进行了计算分析,研究了吊耳垫板与筒体间隙对局部应力的影响,对加厚段长度和厚度进行了优化设计,并对设备起吊时的稳定性进行了分析。
Lifting lug is an important part used in erection of tower onsite. In this article, exampled with the use of lifting lug in a thin wall column and by using the methods from WRC 107 and finite element analysis, the loading conditions at the joint of lug and cylindrical shell for horizontal and vertical positions were calculated and analyzed. The effect of gap between lug pad and cylindrical shell to the local stress was studied. Optimum design for the length and thickness of strengthening segment was carried out, and the stability of the equipment in erection was also analyzed.
