摘要
总结了某工程项目高温气体夹套管的实际设计经验,通过在高温气体管道外设计通水冷却的套管,既可以一定程度上降低高温气体的温度,又可以通过降低内管壁温来阻止高温气体分解物在壁面的分解、沉积而造成管道堵塞。运用CAESAR Ⅱ软件,对夹套管系统进行应力分析,保证夹套管系统的设计安全。运用HTRI软件,验证夹套管改造后是否达到了预期的效果。
In this article, practical experience from the design of high temperature jacked pipe used in engineering was summarized. Use of jacketing pipe, in which cold water flows, for high temperature gas piping can not only reduce inner piping temperature, but also prevent dissolvent in high temperature gas from dissolving and adhering on the wall of inner piping so as to avoid block occurred in piping. The software CAESARⅡ was used in the stress analysis for jacket piping system to ensure the safety in the design of the system. And the software HTRI was used to validate if the expected effects from use of jacketed pipe were satisfied.
