少数民族传统体育项目基地优化发展问题研究

Research on the Optimized Development of Traditional Sports Bases of Minority Nationalities

文章综合社会学、体育学和民族学理论研究,运用文献调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,深入分析了近几十年在我国社会变迁过程中少数民族传统体育项目基地发展所面临的诸多问题,并为基地的优化发展提出了合理的对策。研究发现,当前我国少数民族传统体育项目基地存在着创新、人才、管理以及可持续性等问题,而这些问题的解决应根据实际情况,从体育项目的形式、组织管理方式等方面的改革入手,并利用好"非物质文化遗产"和高等院校的资源优势,促进基地的全面协调可持续发展。

By means of literature research, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems faced by the development of traditional ethnic minority sports base in the course of social changes in recent decades, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the optimization of the base. The research shows that there are problems of innovation, talent, management and sustainability in the traditional sports base of minority nationalities in our country nowadays. The solutions to these problems should be based on the actual situation, start with the reform of sports form,organization and management mode, and make good use of the "intangible cultural heritage" and the resource advantages of higher education institutions to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the base.
