摘要
民族教育是民族政策的有机组成,既是民族群体自我教育诉求的过程,又是国家统一教育方针在民族地区的外延。纵观我国各历史时期的民族政策,以民族语言文字为轴心的民族教育主导着民族教育的复杂程度,而民族教育同社会整体教育冲突的平衡始终是民族教育整体永恒的重心。民族教育政策的发展始终以优惠性、单向性民族教育政策为导向,以民族人才的培养为目标,推动着不同时期民族教育政策重心的转移。
Ethnic education policy is an organic component of national policy. Whether it is the "Hanization" of ethnic policies in the feudal society or the promotion of quality education with "bilingual teaching" as the main form in the new era, the national education centering on ethnic languages and scripts dominates. The complexity of ethnic education, but influenced by factors such as history and social environment in ethnic areas, the balance between ethnic education and overall social education has always been the eternal focus of ethnic education. In other words, the focus of the national education policy has always been the preferential and one-way ethnic education policy, and the training of ethnic talents has been the goal, which has promoted the transfer of the focus of ethnic education.
