摘要
为提高英语教育薄弱的少数民族地区EFL学生的阅读理解能力,论文以贵州为例,采用准实验的方法,对比分析电子词典增强下的词汇学习模式对实验组和控制组的阅读理解成绩的影响。根据独立样本T检验,两组的两种阅读理解成绩和词汇搭配成绩都存在显著性差异。此学习模式能在词汇学习的同时提高民族地区EFL学生的阅读理解能力。这是阅读教学中通过扩大学生的语言知识面来提高阅读理解的一个有力尝试。
To improve EFL students' reading comprehension ability in minority areas lagged behind in English education, taking Guizhou as an example, this study analyzed the effects of a vocabulary learning model enhanced by an e dictionary on learners' reading comprehension through a quasi experiment. By comparing an experimental group with a control group, a significant difference was found in Independent Samples T-test for both the two kinds of reading comprehension and the matching task. The model helped EFL learners in minority areas not only to learn new words but also improve their reading comprehension. This study is a successful trial of improving learners' reading comprehension through enlarging learners' language knowledge.
