精神病学临床研究前沿与前景——敢问路在何方

Framing clinical research in psychiatry:Quo Vadis?

针对如何加快精神病学临床研究发展进程,作者提出3个建议:研究前沿的界定应该以研究目的、方向、路径、方法为基础;支撑精神病学临床研究的两大支柱--诊断标准和动物模型,需要从根本上反思其固有的局限;区分还原的方法和还原论,还原的方法不可舍弃,还原论的取向必须挑战。

Aiming to stimulate discussion on how to advance clinical research in psychiatry,the authors call attention to importance of following issues:1) identifying broad relevant multi-disciplinary paradigm,theory,technology and methods rather than focusing solely on new technologies in neurosciences;2) revisiting and critically examining inherent constraints of diagnostic criteria and animal model for mental disorders;and 3) making a distinction between reduction as a key tool and reductionism as a belief or theory.
