护士工作环境 职业获益感与离职意愿的相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨护士工作环境、职业获益感与离职意愿的相关性.方法采用便利抽样法,选择293名在职执业护士进行问卷调查.结果护士工作环境总分为(86.22±12.98)分,护士职业获益感总分为(139.77±17.28)分,离职意愿总分为(8.02±2.38)分,护士工作环境与护士职业获益感呈正相关,护士工作环境与离职意愿、护士职业获益感与离职意愿呈负相关.结论护士职业环境对职业获益感、离职意愿有影响,良好的工作环境可提高护士的职业获益感,从而降低其离职意愿. Objective To inquire into the correlation between nurses'working environment,professional benefit and turnover intention.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 293 in-service practicing nurses by convenience sampling method.Results The total score of nurses'working environment was(86.22±12.98).The total score of nurses'career benefit was(139.77±17.28).The total score of nurses'turnover intention was(8.02±2.38).The total score of nurses'Working environment is positively correlated with nurses'career benefit,while nurses'working environment is negatively correlated with turnover intention,and nurses'career benefit is negatively correlated with turnover intention.Conclusion Nurses'working environment has an impact on career benefit and turnover intention,and a good working environment can improve nurses'career benefit and reduce their turnover intention.
